Ms. Watson serves as Senior Consultant at ATS and brings extensive consulting and corporate experience in the telecommunications industry. She is a senior corporate executive with more than 20 years of industry experience involving projects in diverse technologies that include: telephony security, RFID, 2.5/3G wireless networks, VoIP, broadband data networks, landline networks and turnkey networks. Most recently, Ms. Watson was the Vice President of Business Development at Nortel Networks where she was accountable for the company's market share and margin objectives in the wireless and data businesses for international markets. Among her key corporate career accomplishments are leading winning teams to bring more than $1.5B in wireless network contracts including wireless turnkey networks, achieving beach heads in China, Brazil and Mexico for her employer, commanding a leading wireless market share in her target market while heading the marketing organization and introducing the first SS7-ISUP based network in Latin America. She has executed successfully in a diverse range of roles that include senior management, business development, marketing, network planning and engineering and software design and development. She has frequently represented her employers through speaking engagements throughout the globe at high profile industry events such as IEEE Globecom, EXPOCOM and CDG and has been featured in various international media publications. Among her corporate employers are Nortel Networks and Siemens AG.

She has a proven track record of delivering and often exceeding P&L objectives ($100M+), she is a strong leader and team builder that has driven profitable business growth in the US and international markets and who has achieved aggressive results by being passionate about the use of customer value centric solutions and collaborating effectively with cross functional team players. As a sales and marketing strategist she understands the Big Picture, can develop strategies that address the challenges of the business, and she has the unique ability to implement those strategies while maintaining highly motivated teams and commanding exceptional satisfaction from customers. She has worked with both small and large companies, which include start-ups, venture capital companies and fortune 500 firms. Ms. Watson has assisted clients in generating millions of dollars in business growth, advised them on investment and technology decisions, assisted them in negotiating profitable contracts, to launch their new businesses and to lower their telecom costs by more than 25% in a single year.

She has worked with well-known international firms including ATT (former Cingular/Bellsouth), Telefonica, Telmex, IUSACEL, China Unicom, Telcordia Technologies, SCP Partners and start-ups such as CheckPhone (IP telephony security) and BIAP (Artificial Intelligence for telecom).

Ms. Watson holds an Electrical Engineering degree and a minor in Business Administration from McGill University based in Montreal, Canada. She is multi-lingual and has received formal training in media and global leadership.

She is an active member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers (IEEE) and of her community where she serves in the Board of Directors of the Richardson Symphony Orchestra.
