Jeanine Brandenburg

Ms. Brandenburg is a Senior Consultant for ATS. She is a highly successful, motivated professional with extensive service experience in telecommunications and the credit card billing industry. She has proficient skills in customer service, risk management, product and project management, customer needs analysis, negotiation, program development and implementation.

Ms. Brandenburg was responsible for management of nationwide product support for all AT&T public telephone maintenance and installation activities. She managed a team of 100+ Associates in a 24hr/7 days a week operation. She reduced operating expenses by implementing a case management system for low production times. Ms. Brandenburg developed and maintained training on all support procedures. She teamed with product management and marketing departments to identify and resolve policy and operational issues that impact quality and customer care.

Among her accomplishments are the following : She managed a $100M billing product from conception through implementation. She led the engineering of all business processes using structured PM techniques. She was responsible for the final acceptance and approval of all system deliverables. She managed $200M long distance billing product. Ms. Brandenburg realized an annual growth of 34%. She was responsible for all phases of the business: customer care, billing, fraud analysis and control, income statement. She reduced the operating budget by reengineering operator support. She initiated and managed partnerships with major credit card companies that included negotiating major contracts. She managed the billing and collection processes for all AT&T pay phones. This included directing a team of development staff at Bell Labs. She was responsible for coordination and management of outside settlement vendors and credit card companies. She has had extensive interaction with other pay phone providers including AAFES.

Ms. Brandenburg in an expert in telecommunications and has frequently made presentations at industry conferences. She has been responsible for management of nationwide product support for all AT&T public telephone installation and maintenance activities. She managed a team of 100+ Associates in a 24hr/7 days a week operation.

Prior to her work at AT&T, Ms. Brandenburg held various management positions with Southwestern Bell in the Business Office, Customer Service and Sales departments. She has extensive experience and training in billing, collections and customer service.

She received a BA degree in Management from Indiana University. She is a member of the Communications Fraud Control Association, and has served as Treasurer since 2005. She is also a member of the American Business Women's Association.
