Kevin J. Sprake

Mr. Sprake is the Senior Vice President of ATS and head of the Client Solutions business. Prior to joining ATS, Mr. Sprake spent 15 years serving in multiple key executive management and operational positions where he lead key account teams and core strategic business development initiatives for a multinational payment processing and fraud prevention business. Here he developed an expertise in payment card processing and fraud prevention for Telecommunications and eCommerce retail companies.

Mr. Sprake has had full accountability for the development, maintenance, and growth of a Fortune 500 customer base as well as responsibility for strategic partner relationships within North America. He led an eight-person executive-level team with 65 indirect reports, presided over both the strategic and day-to-day management of US operations that included corporate governance, finance, sales, marketing, IT, technical support and customer service. Mr. Sprake has successfully managed over a billion dollars in client credit card settlement processing services, worldwide.

As an engagement leader for ATS Mr. Sprake is responsible for the development, management and successful delivery of all client initiatives. He works with clients to solve complex problems by efficiently leveraging a team of highly skilled professionals to ensure that each client receives the full business benefit they expect. His engagements have included government agencies, telecommunications billing companies and payment processing operations.

He received a Bachelor of Business Administration from Northwood University in West Palm Beach, Florida with a dual major in marketing and management. He is a past member of the Board of Directors of the Direct Response Forum and a long time supporter of the Communications Fraud Control Association.
