Pat Jarsulic is a senior consultant with ATS. Pat has had an extensive career in communications and government managing large business transformation and technology implementation programs. She is an experienced Program Manager with proven success in delivery of large programs, systems and services to clients while helping clients manage the impact to their organizations and processes that are associated with technology transformation projects. She has been responsible for and involved in a wide range of consulting engagements covering software development, systems integration, product management, change management, and systems deployment for many Fortune 500 and international clients. In addition to her program management and systems deployment experience, Pat has a proven track record in P&L and vendor/partner management.

Pat was a senior manager for the Content and Communications Group at Bearing Point. Her responsibilities included managing large telecom systems development and implementation projects, business case development and vendor management programs.

In her role as Sr. Manager for BearingPoint, she led the implementation of a new billing, mediation, and collections systems for an incumbent Telecom company. This implementation was part of a business transformation effort and required the conversion of legacy systems into state-of-the-art financial, operations and network systems architecture for the incumbent telephone company. The project involved the replacement of the entire operations infrastructure within a very constrained timeline and budget and represents one of the largest and most complex projects ever managed by BearingPoint.

Pat managed team of 60 functional and systems development and implementation personnel. She negotiated and managed many partner and sub-contractor agreements for software licensing, systems integration, and software development and delivery services.

She has extensive experience in both billing and customer care for telecom including ILEC, CLEC, LD, and CABs. At Telcordia she negotiated and managed many partner and sub-contractor agreements for software licensing, systems integration, software development and delivery services including both re-seller agreements and client specific implementations. She managed major consulting engagements and large program implementations for large telecom companies such as Verizon, SBC, Telecom Argentina, Cingular, Intelsat, AT&T, and AAPT (Australia).

Pat was also the Account Manager for Bellcore's (now Telcordia) Government sector. She negotiated a strategic Bellcore led consortium agreement with AT&T, Bell Atlantic, BellSouth, and Pacific Bell to pursue a major ARPA contract. In this capacity she also negotiated strategic teaming agreements with major industry partners (AT&T, SAIC, IBM, CSC) to pursue multi-million dollar government procurement RFPs.

Pat is a graduate of Temple University with a BA in Literature. She has attended extensive leadership, management and technology courses at Yale School of Business; Duke's Fuqua School of Business; and through AT&T, Bellcore, Telcordia and BearingPoint.
