Philip J. Mason

Phil Mason is a financial and strategy executive with a blend of experience in small, medium and large size organizations. He has been both a Chief Financial Officer and a Chief Operating Officer of rapidly growing companies and is skilled at improving financial, operational, and organizational performance through improved strategy execution.

His management and leadership experience is international in scope and includes accounting and finance, human resources, information technology, marketing, operations, and strategic planning. He also has considerable experience in bank negotiations, mergers and acquisitions. He has been serving as a trusted advisor to business owners for over ten years

Mr. Mason's thirteen years of corporate experience includes positions with AT&T, Allied Steel and Martec International. Since 2003, he has been an independent management consultant helping rapid growth organizations address 'infrastructure' issues involving people, processes, and systems resulting in improved performance while preparing them for the next phase of growth.

Mr. Mason earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Business & Economics from SUNY Brockport and a MBA from Fairleigh Dickinson University. Post graduate studies include earning a Certificate in Personal Financial Planning at Moravian College.

Mr. Mason is the Secretary/Treasurer of the Lehigh Valley PA Chapter of the Society of Financial Service Professionals. He also serves as Vice President of the Wilson Area Partners in Education Foundation.
