Robert Giordano

Mr. Giordano has over 20 years of experience in all facets of developing complex military and commercial systems. Mr. Giordano was given the responsibility to manage multiple teams of engineers charged with designing and developing command and control and intelligence systems for the U.S. Military. Mr. Giordano's diverse career has included development of telecommunications provisioning systems, financial transaction processing systems and insurance accounting systems.

As the lead software architect for a Electronic Surveillance /Electronic Attack Lead system, Mr. Giordano led a team of engineers in the development of the software architecture and its implementation. During this project, Mr. Giordano managed the development of a prototype solution to analyze SIGINT data for the purpose of identifying key nodes in a communications network. Mr. Giordano was also a member of the Source Selection Engineering board, which evaluated vendor proposals in support of the down select for the Electronic Attack Subsystem, a multimillion-dollar contract award. He was a member of the team to develop the Subsystem Specification, which detailed the requirements for the overall system.

As a senior system engineer for a telecommunications systems development company, Mr. Giordano was responsible for the architecture and development of applications which integrated front-end Telecommunication Ordering and Provisioning Systems including a back-end Gateway system for use by DSL and CLEC companies as part of their operational support systems.

Mr. Giordano's experience includes of ISO 9001 process for software development.
